Hello and welcome! 👋🏼 I'm happy you're here! My name is Nicole Abucejo. As a Visual Communication Designer, I built my brand's website, Nabuki Creations, as a getaway where imagination could unpack its bags and stay awhile — a space where ideas could feel free, playful, and alive. Over the years, I’ve learned that creativity doesn’t just happen at a desk; it thrives when you give it room to breathe, explore, and have fun along the way.
This space is my way of sharing that spirit while getting to know some things about me. You'll experience bright ideas lounging poolside, passion projects sipping cocktails(or mocktails), designs crafted with care and a touch of tropical vacation energy including some random surprises. The Hidden Layer
Behind the unmarked sliding door, tucked behind the resort’s portfolio projects and palm trees - you will find my creative speakeasy (my digital tiki bar) — a space that usually gets locked, duplicated, and renamed “final_final2.psd.” (Designer inside-joke) Here curiosity gets a little tipsy, passion projects enjoy the mood lighting, side quests unwind, ideas that made me smile at 2 AM, and random sparks that remind me why creating just for fun still feels like paradise.
